Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the managing body of the Association, vested with full power to conduct all business of the Association, subject to the laws of the State of Minnesota; the Articles of Incorporation, Constitution, and Bylaws; and the mandates of the House of Delegates.
The Board of Trustees consists of one trustee from each of the eight component district societies and the elective officers of the Association, with the exception of the Speaker of the House. Each trustee serves a three-year term and is limited to two consecutive terms. The trustee from the Student District serves a one-year term and is elected annually. Trustees are nominated by their component district society and elected by the House of Delegates.
