Thank you for your interest in attending and/or donating to the Minnesota Dental Foundation OneSmile Gala to be held at the Nicollet Island Pavilion on Friday, September 27, 2024.

The following is a list of benefits included with hosting a VIP table:

Gold Level Table – $5,000
• VIP table up to 8 tickets
• Open bar
• Table tent with business name/logo
• Unlimited wine with meal
• VIP seating
• Business name prominently displayed on signage of table sponsors

Silver Level Table – $2,500
• VIP table up to 8 tickets
• One drink ticket per person
• Table tent with business name/logo
• One complimentary glass of wine with meal
• Preferred seating
• Business name on signage at the event

Bronze Level Table – $1,500
• VIP table up to 8 tickets
• One drink ticket per person
• Table tent with business name/logo

2024, for priority reservations. Seating is limited. We prefer check payment (as opposed to credit
cards) for the VIP tables so that the Foundation does not incur excess merchant charges.
