The Minnesota Dental Association is governed by its House of Delegates, which meets annually in September. The members of the House of Delegates are the duly elected representatives of each of the MDA’s eight districts and the elective officers of the Association.

Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees’ duties are specified by the MDA’s Constitution and Bylaws. They are responsible for ensuring that the MDA is managed in accordance with the policies adopted by the House of Delegates.
