About the Speaker: Kevin Shea, J.D., is recognized as one of the Midwest’s premier experts in dental practice transitions. He has over twenty-seven years of experience in the brokering of practice sales, as well as representation of buyers for purposes of practice acquisitions. Kevin is an honors graduate from the University of St. Thomas and is a Minnesota licensed practicing attorney. About the Speaker: Kevin N. Nakagaki, D.D.S., full-time practitioner with HealthPartners in St. Paul, Minnesota. He also does Hospital Dentistry cases at Regions Hospital in Saint Paul. Formerly, he served as Director of the Hospital Dental Clinic, University of Minnesota. He continues to lecture routinely at the University and other continuing education events. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and also completed a General Practice Residency there.
