The MDA is excited to announce the annual Women’s Seminar. Register now for the January 16, 2016, event!
The seminar features a topic of interest to all dentists – those new in practice and those with more experience under their belt. Come and share your experiences or help with concerns in an informal and relaxed setting. This seminar provides a great way to share ideas, meet with new and old friends and catch up with classmates. Dental students and graduate students are encouraged to attend and meet colleagues and learn more about what is going on in the “real” world!

Overview

Participants will come away with a clear understanding of how they are wired and how to communicate with other behavioral styles. Jill will teach techniques and they will leave having the skills to increase staff retention, interact more effectively with patients, and enhance overall career satisfaction.
Jill has worked with companies across the nation to improve communication skills, increase team performance, and create less drama in the workplace.
